This is a more structured monthly meeting than the Business Network and involves creating a team of dynamic entrepreneurs to support, motivate and coach each other to greater business success.

The Business Support Network (BSN) combines 2 business support models to create a powerful vehicle to help you overcome both the practical and the psychological obstacles that are holding back your business.
Each monthly morning meeting is in 2 parts:
Part 1: Mastermind Group (Business Brainstorming)
The first half of the meeting involves members discussing the problems facing them in running their businesses e.g.
How can I increase my sales?
How can I manage the growth of my business?
Where can I get good financial advice from?
How can I better motivate my staff?
Discussion may involve an open group discussion of all participants or members may be divided into small groups to work through particuar issues. The magic of the Network is that for each person presenting a problem, there will be 16 other experienced business people (15 other Network Members plus the Chairperson) to suggest solutions.
In addition, members have an opportunity to network, to share information and to exchange business leads. |
Part 2: Small Business Coaching
After a break for coffee, the chairperson will lead a business coaching discussion on a subject designed to get you thinking more philosophically about how you run your business and how to develop the mindset of a successful entrepreneur.
Subjects will include things like:
How are you sabotaging yourself?
Where, in your business, are you not taking responsibility?
Do you genuinely believe that you deserve to be successful?
What would it take to re-energise your enthusiasm for your business?
Is your business really taking you to where you want to go?
At the end, there will be time to consider what you have learned at the session and to set a practical plan of action for the month ahead. |
